FLUFFY SWEETS

Another day,
I got jam doughnuts in the Queen Victoria Market.

This $1.10 doughnut is quite popular, I think.
I often see a long queue in front of the doughnut car.

I was lucky because it was still hot.
The fresh one from the oven is the yummiest.

THE QUEEN VICTORIA MARKET in Melbourne

Such a beautiful broccolies!
It's like a bunch of flower, isn't it?

If you would like to get these kind of flesh food with low price,
you should check "the Queen Victoria Market".
http://www.qvm.com.au/

You can get there from the Melbourne Central station.
It takes about only 5 mins on foot.
Gradually you can hear the yell of traders...

You must be surprised that there are colorful unique fruits, vegetables.
And also you can buy meats, fishes, hams, breads, snacks, clothes and "UGG"boots...

When you are tired shopping,
I recommend you to take a break in a food coat at the market.
They will serve you delicious Melbourne coffee.

Mom, can I have some coffee?

Hanoi Food

You know, Hanoi is a capital city of Vietnam.
That is one of my favorite places :)

First of all, I love Hanoi foods!
Generally, they can separate to 3 tastes depend on areas:
Hanoi(North) is salty, HCM(South) is sweet and Hue(Middle) is hot.
I think eating noodles can be easy to find out these differences.

...like PHO!!!

This is a special PHO BO (rice noodle with beef).
You should order it with a lot of spring onions and a raw egg! It's definitely  yummy!
But I don't know other restaurants which we can order a raw egg except here.

BUN CHA GIO(fried spring roll and vegetables on rice noodles)
This food isn't a soup noodle.
On the little sticky rice noodle, put some fried spring rolls and vegetables.
Then add to hot fish source. This is easy to eat in the Hanoi's humid climate.

SUA CHUA NEP CAM(yogrut and black sticky rice)
Not so sweet and very healthy. Good for girls!

And look at this picture carefully.
..............that is a fried CATERPILLAR!
Surprisingly, most HCM people have never eaten it.

Yummy Yummy Yummy...
