Cambodia

I went to Cambodia-Siem Reap last week.
This is the second time for me to go there.

It was soooooooooooooo exciting.
Because I asked a guide who can speak Japanese.
He told us Cambodian histories.
I wonder i would studied history hard. hichic
Especially, Cambodian relief is very very beautiful...

  1. I really, really want to go there soon, before I leave Thailand hopefully. I love old ruins and art/sculptures. Your photos are wonderful.

Hi! I'm sorry I couldn't reply soon. I haven't checked my blog for long time. Did you go to Cambodia?

    3. Cool!I would love to go there again.
My next travelling place is Thailand in July.
      Do you have any recommendations?

    4. Mayumi, I've been to so many places in Thailand it would be to difficult to recommend anything unless I knew where you were going and how much time you had. I've written a lot about it on our blog...but am still bringing my posts up to date from our last trip in February.

    5. Oh I'm sorry, you are right. I'm going to stay in Bangkok for 3 - 4 nights and attend to my friend's wedding party. Before the wedding, I have 2 - 3 free days so I want to go a day trip near Bangkok.
      I'll check your blog!

    6. An over night trip to Ayutthaya :) A must do I think. I haven't posted about our last stay yet. Also, a boat ride up the river in Bangkok to see the Royal Palaces...and of course, shopping ;)

    7. Thank you for your recommendation! Actually, this trip will be my third time to go to Thailand so I have already been to Ayutthaya and Royal palaces. I should have told you about that, I'm sorry. Both of them were very very beautiful places! Especially I love a boat trip to palaces and palace's wall with colorful tiles.
Maybe this time I'll go to shopping around Bangkok:) Or go to Pattaya beach...

    8. Pattaya is an 'experience', I have a friend who lives there. It's about a 2 hour bus ride from Ekamai bus station or directly from Suvarnabhumi airport. Don't get into any mini vans...no cheaper and way less comfortable than the large busses.

You must go the the Sanctuary of Truth if you go there! http://strayandsnap.blogspot.com.au/2011/08/sanctuary-in-pattaya.html#more

    9. Thank you so much:) I saw your blog about the Sanctuary. It looks like the Angkor in Cambodia. I'll ask about that my friends in Thailand. Anyway, the name "Sanctuary" makes me excited!!
