The Vietnamese Breakfast

When I go to work, I often ask a motorbike driver to stop at the food stalls.
They begin to sell breakfast from around 5 am.

Vietnamese sandwich "Banh Mi"
(sunny-side up eggs, pickles, cucumbers, meats, herbs)

I heard the baguette made from rice.
That's why the outside is firm, and inside is soft and sticky.

I like to have this sandwich with soy milk.

They sell a small plastic bag soy milk.
I can't tie up the plastic bag with a rubber band like them.
It's never spill over.

You can choose cold or hot, add sugar or not...
I like hot soy milk with a little sugar.

If you want to eat more,
I recommend you the Vietnamese fried noodles "Mi Xao" or "Bun Xao"

Fried noodles "Mi xao"
(fried spring rolls, fried wan tan, fried tofu, some greens, rice vermicelli and fish sauce with chili)

I loooooooove it!
I have this 4times/week but not tired of eating.

Taste them!

  1. Banh Mi are delicious, but I've never had it with egg...yum. I can't deal with the rubberbands either!
